In the maintenance equipment of air compressors in general enterprises, the daily maintenance of the screw of the air compressor is a very important link. However, without any usage signs, the machine inevitably needs to be shut down, causing huge losses in efficiency. In daily life, we must learn knowledge about machine inspection, maintenance, and other aspects.

Common faults and daily maintenance of air compressors:

1. Check if the voltage is normal. If it is incorrect, improvement is needed.

2. Is the wiring of the screw air compressor loose. Connect the wires.

3. Remove the loading solenoid valve and check if it still has a closing fault. Otherwise, it indicates a short circuit in the solenoid valve. At this point, we only need to replace the solenoid valve.

4. Check that the motor and contactor are in the middle. If the contactor cannot be engaged, it will stop under load. If there is no problem with the contactor, then the pulse signal of the circuit board cannot be absorbed. Replace the circuit board.

5. There is an issue with the control panel of the screw air compressor. The output signal cannot keep the contactor engaged. Stop as soon as loading is mentioned. The screw air compressor suddenly stopped without any signs or reasons, and there were no malfunctions.
