1) Medium-Pressure Section (7–12.5 bar)
The medium-pressure system is supplied by LIUTECH oil-free air compressors and includes:
- Oil-free air compressor (LIUTECH)
- Medium-pressure air receiver
- Refrigerated air dryer
- Multi-stage air filtration system
The medium-pressure air quality can achieve ISO 8573-1 Class 0 oil-free, ensuring clean and reliable air for pre-blowing and auxiliary processes.
2) High-Pressure Section (30–40 bar)
The high-pressure system is supplied by Shanghai HS Industrial and is based on a 100% oil-free, water-lubricated compressor design. The system includes:
- High-pressure water-lubricated oil-free compressor
- Cooling tower
- RO (Reverse Osmosis) water purification system
- High-pressure air receiver
- High-pressure refrigerated air dryer
- Multi-stage high-pressure filtration system
The entire high-pressure system is 100% oil-free, fully suitable for PET bottle blowing where air purity is critical.
