Solution
We installed three LU160 oil-injected, fixed-speed screw compressors (160 kW each). These work-horses are designed for heavy-duty continuous operation:

Total air delivery: up to 28.0 m³/min per unit at 8 bar – combined capacity easily covers peak demand.

Direct drive, simple construction – fewer components mean high reliability and easier servicing.

Built-in heavy-duty air filter and efficient oil separator ensure oil carryover ≤3 ppm, meeting industrial air quality standards.

Noise level kept below 78 dB(A) with standard acoustic enclosure.

All three units run in parallel with automatic load-sharing control, providing redundancy and stable system pressure.
