I. Unit Configuration and Origin

  • The second-stage screw air end is manufactured and factory-tested by Atlas Copco Belgium.

  • FuelXpert™ Fuel Saving System (AC patented): Reduces overall fuel consumption by 10–15% compared to conventional units.
  • Drilling Expert System (AC patented): Equipped with pressure control, flow control and dynamic air flow regulation. During the cuttings discharge phase, it can provide an additional 4 m³/min of airflow, increasing drilling efficiency by 30%, reducing fuel consumption by 15%, and improving machine residual value by 10%.
  • Adjustable Minimum Pressure Valve (AC patented): Allows the minimum operating pressure to be reduced to 15 bar, extending the operating pressure range to 15–25 bar and significantly increasing application flexibility.
  • Optional Oiltronix™ Electronic Oil Temperature Control System (AC patented): Extends the service life of the screw air end by more than 50%.
